Public reading in Brattleboro, Vermont next Monay

July 24, 2017

I'm doing a free public reading at in Brattleboro, Vermont next Monday. Map.

It will be the first ever sneak peek at my upcoming gay soldiers book. Then Q/A on "Soldiers FirstColumbine and the writing process.

Details: Monday, July 31, 2017, 5 p.m. Brooks Memorial Library, Brattleboro, VT.

It's part of the great Words After War program. I'll be Visiting Writer for one day of Marlboro College's summer writing intensive, geared to veterans. I'm really excited.

See below for the other three visiting writers, who will do readings each night of the week.

Details. And of course I'll sign copies of Columbine afterward, so feel free to bring yours.

And FYI, my Advice For Writers page.

*It's about 3.5 hours drive from NYC, 2 from Boston.

Update: It was a great experience. Pix coming in an upcoming post. Thanks to everyone who came out.
