Uli, you're gonna be here in March? I'm away cruising(ships, not men) on the 20th for 2 weeks. And I'm gonna be visiting with Sara during my birthday on the 15th. When are you here?

LOL @ the cruising... Cheesy

I will be there earlier in March - arriving on the 5th and leaving again on the 10th. Trigger for the visit was my new obsession - I thought watching the new play Chris New (from Weekend) is in would be a good reason to visit London again... Grin Cheesy Last time was for the PoP premiere, so it has been a while... Smiley

I like the sound of that Kim. It could be a great opportunity for us Brokies to hang out again. Count me in!

What Andy said!

Wonderful opportunity for a Brokie gathering!

Maybe we could make it a bigger one this time?

There has been some talk about a big European gathering again, and this may be just the opening we need.

You got me there. Wink

But how feasible is having another event here in the UK, and one happening in London at that?

Don't know. It's just an idea.

I guess it would take a lot of logistics. Maybe we could stay somewhere outside London where it's cheaper, and only go in for the exhibit?

I do think there would be quite an interest for the idea, though.

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to see about Youth Hostels like that used in Oxford. Somewhere like Croydon is right on the main Victoria to Brighton/Gatwick line and would be a short ride into the city.

That's a great idea!   Cheesy

After all, we're talking about the highest definition of culture, aren't we?

Nothing could be more worthy of a showing at V&A.

Croydon it is, then!   Cheesy

Who'd ever have thought Croydon would ever have the great honour of hosting a Brokie gathering?

Are there any Brits in the area who could check things out for us? But of course, there are many other locations, Luton for example where connections might be good or better.

ETA: Yeah, thanks Kim. See what you've started?? Wink
