We seem to have a lot of sports fans here. I used to be a mad Niners fan myself; for years I spent every Sunday in front of the TV. I've gotten over it in recent years, though. It's much more fun when your team wins. Yes, I'm a fair weather fan.  :-[

This is a place to discuss sports, civily and without yelling at each other, please.

So far Wayne's story matches all the evidence...but it doesn't look good for his wife.

I don't care for Mr. Gretsky, he just always seemed too much hollywood for me.  But his wife does absolutely NOTHING for me whatsoever.

It's too bad neither one sought help for her gambling issues...

Come on guys, innocent until "proven" guilty - furthermore, what they do in their own spare time is their own f^#*(*& business.  The guy just lost his mom and his grandmother within a month of each other, right at Xmas - cut the guy some slack.  He's amazing in the field of hockey, always has been, always will be.  If they have a 'gambling' problem, then it's up to 'them' to get help for it.  Since when is the Press Judge and Jury?
