Don't know about you guys, but my family and I thought the half-time show was the worst in a long series of bad half-time shows.  Madonna was a huge disappointment -- not that I care for her, but I thought she'd be better.  Should have known when the Roman centurians marched in ahead of her 'Cleopatra' thing. Liz Taylor whe was not! Grin  Even the commercials were forgettable.

Tom Brady's wife is not a team player:

Gisele Bundchen was caught on video by TheInsider.com responding to a pro-Giants heckler after the game by saying, "You [need] to catch the ball when you're supposed to catch the ball. My husband cannot [expletive] throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times."

I saw the video.  Some of the guys on the sports channe lat WIP felt she was not the bitch the media made out.  They cited the heckling she went through as she approached the elevator. I heard that too.  I wonder what the other wives of the Pats think of her.

Poor Tom

Tebowing is out, Bradying is in:

All the cool kids are doing it, and you don’t even have to have thrown an interception in the Super Bowl to participate. It’s called Bradying, and it’s the next Tebowing, apparently. All you need is enough space to sit down, and enough time to bow your head and reflect on your failures.

While I thoroughly dislike the Knicks, I am enjoying the LINsanity. While they struggled with stars Carmelo Anthony and Amar'e Stoudemire in the lineup, the team has blossomed under Jeremy Lin, the Taiwanese-American Harvard grad point guard who has the team playing like a team again. Oh, and showing that a 6'3" undrafted Asian-American point guard can throw one down: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-bKHVzZsYs

Well, if the Knicks with Lin had to lose, I'm glad they lost to Noo Awlins!

With all the Lin attention and the attention to the racial aspect of some
of the signs and logos from fans and sports networks etc. -- what do you
think of this one I just noticed:
