Nikki, as soon as you mentioned WIP, I put it on live stream and even the night hosts are raking the Phils over the coals.

This host, Sue, says Victorino should be traded by 7/1...that he needs to have his bags packed and ready to go!  Cracks me up.

And a woman caller, great Philly accent, "The reason I cawled..."

Thanks for reminding me of this station.

Yeah I am ready too, Nancy!

Did you hear about the college presidents voting today to have a college playoff system in place for the end if the 2014 season?

Could be interesting, though the Big 10 presidents are against it.

Yes I heard this, but it's a done deal, so not sure what they can do about it, short of not participating.

Well SF won over LA 2-0.

They were interviewing Buster Posey at the end of the game and they told him that this is the first time since August 1987 that SF has had back to back shut outs against LA. Buster Posey said he was 5 months old!!

I can't believe that no one here is interested in Euro 2012!  It's been pretty exciting.  Germany was the team to beat and Italy did just that to the surprise of many, thanks to super Mario Balotelli.  Sunday will see italy playing Spain for the cup.

He got a yellow card for taking his shirt off after his second goal. (I can smell the testosterone from here)  Well worth it, I say, lol!

Spain's Jesus Navas is a unbelievably gorgeous.  He alos suffers from anxiety attacks.  Thanks to therapy he is now able to leave his home town of Seville for the first time.

I am totally watching Oilgun!!  LOVE IT!!  Very excited for Sunday!  Thanks for posting the pics!  Soccer players are just HOT!!  (Some not so much but MOST are!!)  I really am a soccer mom.....daughter was at soccer camp this week and my son and I watched the games (planned our day around them!).  I am still in shock Germany went down!  I was hoping Italy would win but was still shocked that they did!  I love Spain's goalie!  I watched part of a MLS game today and it just really surprises me how behind American soccer is.  Just not at the caliber that Europe and South America players are.  Both my kids want to play soccer in college...it will be interesting to see if it happens....so many play now....the competition is getting fierce.

Thanks Passion, I'm glad I'm not the only one here who likes foot!  I was at my sister's Canada Day BBQ yesterday but I had warned her that I HAD to watch the final match.  I had too much invested not to.  I thought one or two people might join me, but no, I ended up being the only  one inside watching the game.  And what a game!  Spain played beautifully and completely dominated the Italians with a 4-0 finish.  Balotelli was NOT a happy camper, lol!  What a sore loser, but then, that was to be expected from that , albeit sexy, hot-head

I watched eveeery game. Just never thought to post my interest here  Sad
Was upset that Portugal got knocked out. Not to mention the fact, it was the end of me viewing Cristiano Renaldo Roll Eyes

Now watching Wimbledon !! Can I just say .....I love the name "Mardy Fish".
There's a saying here in the UK "Don't be so mardy" (meaning:miserable/moody)
Can only assume Mardy Fish was one hell of a miserable baby to be given that name  Cheesy Cheesy
