went to check the Giants standings and saw this...took me a minute to realize I was on the right website, they were wearing throwback uniforms for yesterdays game with Chicago, which they won...but they're still 4gb behind LA...

I love when they have games where they wear throwback uniforms, I was watching this game.
Also liked the Cubs deep dark blue uniforms, you rarely see those all dark colored uniforms any
more--I'd say they're probably too hot, absorbing more heat.

About ten years ago they had a night during the summer in one league, I think it was
the American League, where they had a back to the future type night where teams
wore uniforms that were imagined to look like they'd be wearing them say fifty years
from now.  One of them, I recall, had a barcode on them.  It was interesting.
