I'll be watching too, Chuck, but not just for Madonna.  However, it will be interesting to see what songs she sings -- hope some of the oldies.  One writer said that if she does the oldies, the new generation probably won't know them.  Somehow, 'Like a Virgin' does seem dated. Grin

Begun in 2005 on the Disovery Channel as an alternative to the action-packed Super Bowl football game, the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet always manages to score high in the ratings for extreme cuteness.
Today, the Puppy Bowl has become the "other big game" for families across the US, and the centerpiece for afternoon fun for kids of all ages at Super Bowl parties from coast to coast.

Isn't he adorable?  There's a whole starting lineup of puppies, it might be a better game, but the commercials might not be as good...........did you see the Volkswager Star Wars doggie commercial?  Check it out on youtube, i wasn't able to do a link since it's supposed to be "new" for the game...

I have linked it on FB, and have seen it several times. I have also seen it on network TV as a regular commercial, since it hit YouTube. Supposedly, what we are seeing is a 'teaser' for the real commercial, and the real commercial will be different. In fact I have seen about 4 of the supposed 'new' commercials on network TV this week during the shows I watch.

Did Las Vegas get it wrong?

Vegas installed the New England Patriots as three-point favorites for Super Bowl XLVI, but the feeling you get in Indianapolis is that the New York Giants should be the favorites. They've won the last two meetings, one in the regular season and the other in Super Bowl XLVII. Eli Manning has been as hot a quarterback as Tom Brady. The Giants' defense has been destroying quarterbacks lately while the Patriots' defense has been completely beatable.
