I'm watching Modern Family and witnessing the most ridiculously tacky wedding in history.  I can't even believe they had the nerve to dump this on us.  That show is losing its cool factor big time.
it lost it for me within weeks of its premiere.  can't abide the show.

I've never even watched Modern Family. And I continually confuse it with Parenthood. I can never remember which actors are on which show. I don't watch Parenthood either.  Undecided

I much prefered Parenthood but on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being really REALLY terrific, I'd rate Parenthood at 3 which tells you where Modern Family was for me. But Parenthood, after the first half season, just got so mundane I let it go.

I was planning on giving Apt 23 a shot tonight anyway, but the commercials with James Van Der Beek have me looking forward to it! I love an actor who can make fun of himself. Don't know who he is, but he's got a great attitude!

Glee and Modern Family are as alike as a blizzard and taking your lunch to work.

For anyone who has not been watching Revenge but is interested in what all the yelling has been about, tonight's episode is a recap of events so far... at least, that's the way it sounds from the commercials I've been seeing. New episodes start next week. 10 PM, ABC.

I had to give up on Modern Family.  And I liked New Girl for 2 episodes...where the hell are all the writers?

Anyone see Sofia Vergara (sp?) hosting SNL?  I don't have a very high opinion of her on Modern Family because they're reduced her character down to screaming and tits (can I say that here?)....but she was good on SNL, did a great Fran Drescher.

I'll bet she did! I never could get into SNL. A couple skits are amusing, even funny, but the rest of the time is dull, so I watch The Closer instead. (Now that my ear is used to her accent, I actually like the show... especially her relationship with her FBI husband.) Sofia V is good on the Ellen commercials.

Well, so far, after like 3 minutes, I'm loving Don't Trust The Bitch in Apartment 23

EDIT:

Yep, my new favourite sitcom!

My money's on Doodler NOT liking it. What about you?

As for REVENGE, I just couldn't get into it despite all the Canadian content: Henry Cerny , Ashton Holmes (the son from A History of Violence).  Cute guys though.

I really have disliked American Idol these last couple seasons.  However, this season!  Wow!  They have some really good talent.  I can't pick out a favorite. They are all very good.  I would almost say....better than The Voice.  Although I like The Voice better as a show!

I've come very late to The Big Bang Theory.  Still on series 1, but so far we love it!

I adore BBT, Sara. I have seasons 1-3 on dvd and hope to get 4 and 5 soon.

Another great show is Nurse Jackie. Eve Best's Dr Eleanor is especially good though I have to say, there doesn't seem to be a weak link in the cast.
