I didn't know that. I didn't watch this week because I thought it was just going to be a rerun. I like her.

THIS week WAS a rerun. She was on the week before, as a set-up I guess for next week... and maybe more, I hope. She and Gibbs have some static electic thing going on between them.

In any case, thanks for the tip-off. I'll plan to watch next week.  Smiley

Followed by the repeat of the Touch pilot at 9
and then Awake at 10.
Life is good.

Question for NCIS fans...
did they kill off the Joe Spano character... Tobias Fornell (Furnell?,) the second ex-husband of Gibbs' first ex-wife?

He still shows up periodically in episodes. Fornell is the spelling. I am trying to think if I have seen him in an episode this season. I know he was last season.

All of the websites show him as being a current cast member, but not in every episode.

The reason I ask is because in the episode where Gibbs was dead, he showed up in the diner as did Mike and Gibbs' dad, both of whom are dead.

There were some people who showed up in the diner who were still alive as well. Leon and Ducky just two.

So, I just watched Missing and to be honest i wasn't that impressed.  I certainly don't feel compelled to watch it religiously.

And I watched only because there's nothing else on... and thoroughly enjoyed it. Called a friend on the west coast and told her to watch. It reminds me of the Jennifer Garner/Michael Vartan (?) series from several years ago. I LOVE a woman who can put a serious case of whip ass on men. I hope they can keep it up next week and the ones to follow.

Only one shirtless guy, hence the bad review from Oilgun.

I believe that is called a dominatrix when the male wishes the same; Bella-Abzugian when not so desired.

Possibly true about Oilgun (the reason for his bad review).  He's usually very fair, but it's always risky to leave out the beefcake.

It's like fanfic without the porn...

Like apple pie without the ice cream...

Like Survivor without whining...

Shocked  Good heavens! You mean he's not dead yet?
i'm pretty sure he was the youngest of the lot.  it was well before "geek chic" but he had a rather jimmy olsen look and i found him kinda cute.  of copurse i haven't mentioned that in tweet.  he is also the one who spilled the beans the brought the whole watergate operation down.

i watched TOUCH last night, while watching 2 other shows simultaneously.  touch won hands down.  it was extremely complicated and require the audience to really pay attention to even the briefest of encounters seemingly unrelated in order to make sense as their actions have effects that most are not aware of.  the complexity that makes it such an exercise in storytelling and viewer participation and really first rate view is as much the problem as it is the the hook.

i'm not sure the greater american public has that kind of attention span.  i intend to rewatch this premiere episode again when i am not distracted.  the acting was first rate, by the way, with kiefer sutherland is magnificent as a loving father with a lot of issues to juggle and mental bridges to cross to connect meaningfully with his seemingly autistic, non verbal 11 year old son, equally well acted.

Of course, I was 14-15 years old when that merde all hit the fan, so to me they were all old men.  Cool  Even so, I remember it all too well. ...
