Well, they do have pecs under those suits  Smiley.  Well done, Marz.  And it just occurred to me, you have a much better chance of seeing him in person, what with his being a star over there, rather than here.  Excellent photos, (not to be found on Imdb), and thanks !

Am just now getting into the Downton Abbey Season one DVD (actually headed for twice  Smiley).

Also, is Thomas an aristogay (meaning he's only gay for nobles) or is he just wantonly ambitious?  I mean, we don't see him smurfing after any village lads or other footmen.  I don't think we could sustain a "Was Thomas gay thread?", but a few opinions, here, would help me, at least, puzzle this one out.

I don't believe it.  Except I actually saw it.  There IS a "Was Thomas gay?" thread on Imdb on the season one page.  And a lot of this and that about what was going on in Britain in the early 20th century.  As much controversy as our parallel thread, and entirely different viewpoints as to what is gay and what isn't.

Who knew  Cheesy ?

I'm familiar with the face and who knew what delights were lurking beneath the shirt? Evil Thanx Marz.

I reckon if Thomas was intended to be an 'aristogay', then I reckon we would have seen him chasing a few of the local wenches but of course, we don't - he's definitely a screamer. Wink

I seem to remember a footman in the 1971 Upstairs, Downstairs on whom Rose walked in on one time. I can imagine the m/m scenarios being every bit as likely as the m/f, especially as the mores of the day would not expect to see m/f in intimate situations outside of marriage, allowing for all manner of m/m opportunities.

Anyone watching the Danish/Swedish The Bridge? I saw the first episode and it looks very gripping.  Only prob is I have to be glued to the subtitles...

There is something wrong with his eyes... the left one is larger and/or a different shape than the right.

Zac Effron also has strange eyes.

We enjoyed it too. Seems very promising.

I gave up on Silent Witness last night, it seemed so far fetched and complicated I couldn't cope, even though I have often enjoyed it greatly in the past.

Another pic of Nigel Harman: .....

Ah, you guys are just jealous  Cheesy.

Meanwhile, am wondering just when there will be an international tv cable station that plays the best from each country.  I think there would be a sturdy market.  We only get Brit stuff, here, on PBS.  And am convinced no one in Scandinavia ever sees Grimm.

Also, Smash and Grimm should get Emmy nominations for cinematography.  The color tones are great.  And the Bollywood dance segment on the former, last night, was unexpected and wickedly good  Smiley !

Too bad it will (apparently) be cancelled, I'm really enjoying it.

I hope you are wrong, wrong, wrong as I'm loving Missing too.  But that's usually the kiss of death.
