WASHINGTON, Iowa (Reuters) - The man who might win the Republican Party's first presidential nominating contest fears that the United Nations may take control of the U.S. money supply.

Campaigning for the January 3 Iowa caucuses, Ron Paul warns of eroding civil liberties, a Soviet Union-style economic collapse and violence in the streets.

The Texas congressman, author of "End the Fed," also wants to eliminate the central banking system that underpins the world's largest economy.

"Not only would we audit the Federal Reserve, we may well curtail the Federal Reserve," Paul told a cheering crowd of more than 100 in this small Iowa city last week.

  Don't know if any of you all caught the photos of the huge UFO saucer/object being hauled through a Kansas town.  It was later admitted to be one of two huge stealth drones to be put on aircraft carriers, and had been too big for railroads.
  
   Gee, as if Norfolk isn't weird enough as it is;  now we will be having flying saucer doobies from the Naval Base hovering over us  .  Am used to the weird aircraft that patrol the immediate sky, and we  have always shrugged those ones off, but this time,  will need to cue the theme from "Twilight Zone"  and just sort of, well ......not look up, too much.  Nothing amiss.  Just the, er, usual.

Now KFC is offering the "Obama Cabinet Bucket."  It consists of nothing but left wings and chicken shit.

So many seriously ugly comments come from the right, this type of thing wouldn't surprise me if it was true.  I was wondering, "Do I have to boycott KFC now, along with Walmart and Target?"

And I'm so used to averting my eyes from ugly comments from the far right, that when I got to the chicken shit part, well... that's what I did, I moved on, as a sort of conditioned reaction.  At that point, did not stop to think it was meant as a joke.

so, is it true? were Richard  M. Nixon and "bebe" rebozo really gay lovers?  I saw something about that on my phone a while ago. something about their closeted relationship and dick's long history of mafia ties.

no, not the kind you wear. 

anyway, I would not be surprised at all to learn that Nixon was gay. so many closeted men out there, especially in positions of power. they're the ones that have the most to lose. it's why stars in Hollywood stay closeted too.

maybe clint eastwood will do a gay Nixon movie, too...
