I marinated Stir-fry Beef in citrus, once -- the 'tartness' was kinda gross.  Tongue  Grin

Dunno about a stir fry, but there are lots of recipes that call for citrus in in the marinades for beef.

I squeeze lime juice onto my beef tacos, too.  Grin
