Does anyone know what piece of music is playing in this short video?
Also, Happy Birthday, Maru!

I have no idea, D, but do you notice how spotlessly clean the house is? Cheesy

In Sweden the Eurovision song contest (the ESC) is a big thing - especially among gay men - and this year the cheering and anticipation seems to be worse than ever. So, fellow Euro's if you still dont' know what to vote for - here she is:

I watched the movie Shame last evening and they included some Bach played by Glen Gould in the soundtrack. I can't find the piece that caught my attention during Brandon's run so here's something else. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-Znr9fasb0&feature=related

The piece I wanted to play you I have now found. It's used when the character Brandon storms out of his apartment after his sister takes his boss there for a shag, and goes for a run. The figure in the left hand serves nicely as a momentum to the run. A nice touch to the movie, I think. This extract is played by Friedrich Gulda and recorded in 1972.

It's the Jakeaholic in me, Sue. Wink Evil Shag and run are but two things that come to mind when I think of our man. And music like this, as opposed to some headbanging stuff, helps.  Cheesy

Oh yes. Having Mr K retired makes it harder for me to really listen to my more obscure musical tastes.

AS you know, he is very forgiving, and does his best, to the extent of going to Cardiff with me to watch 5 hours of The Meistersingers of Nuremberg at he Millennium Centre,  but even so he can only take just so much lieder, which I love.
