too funny... i am new fangled and a forgetful old fart simultaneously. new because i access new media, old fart because i am often napping during prime time, and/or have forgotten what day it is.  hooray for view on demand.

Just watched the teaser for next season and I had no idea that Jason Stackhouse....Ryan Kwanten was from Australia!  OMG...why do accents on guys make them hot!  Really took me off guard when he was explaining his character!  Can't wait for the 13th!

there have been multiple teasers for this season.   the latest is a little out of character tete a tete between anna paquin and Joe Manganiello who is slated to play alcide the werewolf.  can you say HUNK

Well, F$%#!    I don't mind swearing but that was a little over the top and distracting....almost laughable everytime someone said the word! I am only half way through the first episode of this season ... but that is my first impression of the first half hour! I am having trouble even remembering what I just saw since the dialogue really was only the word F$%#!

Welcome to Bon Temps Alcide Herveaux (Joe Manganiello)  Woof!

Last night's episode was extremely twisted, pun intended!  The sex scene with Tara & Franklin was pretty intense. I always found James Frain who plays Franklin,  strangely attractive.  He is perfectly cast as a vampire.  I won't even comment on the violent psycho-sexual scene with Bill and Lorena.  It's apparently "the most disturbing sex scene ever shown on TV"  Cheesy

I agree that James Frain is strangely attractive!  Can't believe we have to wait two weeks for the next episode!  It is really good!  Glad that they showed some of Bill's past!  Also.....Jason just really makes me laugh....Jessica and Pam too!  More next episode!

the thing i like best about TRUE BLOOD is the casting.  even the throwaway bad boys, drifters and grifters.

like pete townshend, i always did have a thing for rough trade.

did you know that mangianello is 6'5"

Some behind-the-scenes footage of Alexander Skarsgard getting pretty frisky with his "Beyond the Pole" (insert your own joke here) co-star Rhys Thomas has found its way onto the Internet. Watch the True Blood star perform a striptease and opt to use his tongue rather than his fangs,

It has been bugging me because I know this actor but couldn't figure out from where!  Thought he may have been in Twilight (science teacher) so decided to look him up........I can be so blond....he was Cromwell on The Tudors.....one of my favorite shows! Duh!!

Doesn't he kind of look like this actor?  José Zúñiga

I don't think they look very much alike.  He was also in excellent Rome but I can't remember which character he played.

He was wonderful in last night's episode and had the best line:

Tara:  "We need to talk"
Franklin:  "Don't say that. Women say that and everything goes black and I wake up surrounded by body parts."

I hope he stays around for while, fucked-up fanger Franklin is very entertaining!

I also loved:
Talbot to Tara: " Who's the pretty girl?  You're the pretty girl.  Yes you are!  Good girl!"

And
Franklin:  "She wants to be with me"
Talbot:  "Hence, the restraints"
