Arose from CellarDwellar's misspelling for the line "I'll be in bed by then"
pointed out by fritzkep, dejavu, Rei-gyoku and peanut.

Meaning:
Having better enjoyable things to do with one's sweetie late at night rather than
wasting time away in the Diner chatting.  Or simply not being able to come on-line
in the Forum for various reasons.

Example of use:

Rei-g:    Hope to see you in the Diner when I come back.
Chuck:  Oh, unfortunately I'll be in Bud.

Babnana - noun. Abberation of banana. A poor fashion choice, or unattractive outfit that is being worn.  Origin-attributed to Nellie (McNell1120); noticed by Chuck (CellarDweller)

Example:

Two additions to that:

Bananabreak: Noun. Designs a simple form of lunch, consisting of eating a fruit only. Used originally by myself to get out of the Diner for half an hour, normally at 1 pm. Very much appreciated by Neil (Nax). It quickly became an erotic metaphor for "quickie".

Banananouska: Nickname. Contraction of banana and forum member Anouska, used mostly in Eyelashes & FanFair. Tender expression for a co-lasherina I'm very fond of.

Diners: the guys who frequented the diner.
Dinettes: the gals who frequented the diner.

Usually used when first coming into the diner when a whole lot of folks were around and when addressing the folks there as a whole, and not to an individual.

And Sal calls them Dinnerplates, referring to guys and gals both.
