i'd love to see a thread that discusses what a sequel would look like. or a what if kind of thread. for example how would you have changed the ending, or is the ending as written the best there could have been given the story and characters.

call me a romantic, but i'd love to see an happy ending. or one that gives some closure to the relationship as opposed how it ended.

so my suggesting is How would you have ended the story differently, and or if you had a sequel in mind what woudl it look like.

How about... "Finish this sentence, 'Jack, I swear...'"

Or is that sentence complete in itself?

How about a thread that asks us  "What would you say to Jake and Heath (or Annie Proulx, etc.) if you accidentally met them on the street?"

I would say something like "Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You two have made Movie History and I hope you are very proud of ourselves.  Gay communities the world over, would consider you two as Honorary Members."

If this thread takes off Dave Cullen might be able to summarize it and actually send it to the key players.

Wouldn't it be nice to see Jake and Heath get all teary eyed reading a heart felt thank you from all of us?

Serves them right!!  javascript:void(0);

can i interject with some superficiality.

new thread

who is cuter.. jake or heath?

both are yummy, but while i think heath was the better actor by far, and totally looks hot as a cowboy, i have to go with my all time ever crush, mr. jacob benjamin gyllenhaal..

love that man..

new thread idea

other than BBM, what is your favorite Heath, Jake film.

JG fav. film other than BBM ==> Donnie Darko, by far.

HL fav. film other than BBM ==> the patriot, even though it had mel gibson in it.

I happen to se a newcomer here have some questions regarding this line and instead of have to answering 'it has already been discussed', it would be nice to have a section to point at.

My suggestion: create a topic for 'Jack, I swear...'

Aljoon, we love that idea, and were planning to add it last night, right beside the fave Ang Lee thread, in the new films board: http://davecullen.com/forum/index.php?board=28.0

Only problem was, we didn't know either of their filmography well enough to do a good list of choices. (I know a handful for each.)

If you or somebody else wants to go to IMDB or someplace and list out the main ones (or all, if it's not more than 6-9), we'll get it up ASAP. Thanks.
